Our Pastry Chef Chris Wurster is ready to turn your dream cake into reality. Chris is a 4th generation Swiss Baker who spent 8 years apprenticing under his father in New Jersey. He spent a year in Switzerland refining his techniques with Pastry, Breads and Cakes.
After 7 years with us, Chris understands how to make great cakes at altitude and his attention to detail and precision when it comes to finishing your cake are unparalleled.
